About the Sandlot League

Summer Sandlot League

The Sandlot League gives area youth baseball players the opportunity to continue playing during the off-season and to compete and play games against each other in an easy and inexpensive way.

The Sandlot League is a safe, affordable and inclusive way for us to get area teams and families together to continue to play this game we love.

The Sandlot League offers a way for area teams to organize games and tournaments. We encourage area teams to sign their teams up. There is no cost or obligation and while it is competitive, it is meant to be relaxed and fun.

Teams and baseball programs interested in participating in games and tournaments are encouraged to register. There is no cost to register. There may be costs associated with scheduled games (umpire fees, balls), but our intent is to make it easy and inexpensive to play games against each other. We are doing everything we can to keep costs down for participating teams and families and appreciate the help of our sponsors and supporters.

This league is being run by a group of Cicero Little League coaches who joined forces to volunteer their time to create something fun, inspiring and educational for local youth baseball players. It is not a profit-driven league or camp.

Everyone who signs up for this league is given an account for this website. It will allow them to access schedules, groups, forums, private messages and more. Teams accepted into the Sandlot League will be given login information. If you have not received login info, please let us know!
